Arcivyn ("Arcivyn," "we," "us," or "our") operates a confidential intelligence network at arcivyn.com and any associated applications (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Arcivyn is currently available to professionals and organizations based in the United States, and the Platform is intended for users located in the United States.
Arcivyn is a confidential intelligence network connecting accomplished professionals and executives directly with verified hiring organizations. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, Arcivyn is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
Privacy inquiries can be directed to privacy@arcivyn.com.
During the waitlist phase, we collect the name, email address, role, current title, and organization you submit. Once the Platform is live, we collect additional information depending on your role.
All users. Full name, email address, password (stored in hashed form, never in plaintext), and an optional LinkedIn profile URL.
Candidates (accomplished professionals and executives). Current role tier and industry, years of experience, management scope, certifications and licenses, geographic and remote preferences, compensation expectations as ranges, voluntarily provided professional metrics, professional thesis, and engagement mode preference.
Hiring organizations. Company name, size, and website; the name and title of the representative; corporate email address; and organizational hiring context.
We may verify information you provide against publicly available sources, such as LinkedIn or business registration databases, during our review process. We do not purchase data from third-party data brokers to enrich your profile without your explicit consent.
For security, trust, and compliance, the Platform maintains an audit log that records profile view events using anonymized identifiers, engagement request and response events, identity disclosure approvals and revocations, and administrative actions taken on your account. This data is never used for advertising. It is used only for platform integrity, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
To operate the Platform. Create and manage your account, process your application, conduct human review of candidate profiles, enable search and matching, facilitate engagement requests and messaging, and maintain the audit log.
To protect you and other users. Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; enforce our Terms of Service; investigate complaints; and maintain trust and safety.
To communicate with you. Send application status notifications, notify candidates of engagement requests, share platform and policy updates, and provide support.
For legal compliance. Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising targeting, share your information with hiring organizations outside the engagement process described in our Terms of Service, or disclose a candidate's identity without that candidate's explicit approval.
Arcivyn is built around a core commitment: a candidate's identity is never disclosed without their explicit, per-engagement approval.
We use third-party providers to operate the Platform, which may include cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, form collection, analytics, and error monitoring. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes. We maintain data processing agreements with processors handling personal data.
Hiring organizations receive anonymized candidate profile information until a candidate explicitly approves an introduction. Candidates receive the hiring organization's disclosure, including who they are and why they are reaching out, when an engagement request is made.
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with legal process, protect the rights, property, or safety of Arcivyn, our users, or the public, or investigate fraud or security incidents. We will notify you where legally permitted.
If Arcivyn is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
